Welcome to the new PeerLink website

Designed with help from volunteers like me!

Sohail picture

I’m Sohail and I was one of four PeerLink volunteers who helped design and develop the new PeerLink site. We started by choosing existing sites that we enjoy visiting and discussed what was good about them. We then looked at some design templates for the new PeerLink website and chose which bits of each we liked best and which we thought would appeal most to other young people. We all had our own opinions but discussed it, got our ideas across and came to an agreement.

The features I’m most excited about are the PeerLink blog and members’ stories as it’s a chance to see what other young people are up to. Also the PeerLink mediation videos (you might spot me in one!) and the news and events sections.

It’s really important that PeerLink has a new website because the old one was out of date and it’s now far more appealing for young mediators and conflict resolvers to visit.

Hope you enjoy it too!

Hi Anna, thanks for the great feedback! We'd love to hear your members story, just email it us (peerlink@leapconfrontingconflict.org.uk) and we'd be happy to upload it. We will be uploading all our photos from awards, events etc. to Flickr. You can check these out by clicking the flickr 'share' icon on this site (it's the one with the pink and blue circles). Hope that helps, look forward to hearing from you. John and the PeerLink team
